CTS understands the sensitive nature of client information.We take our responsibility to keep this information private and confidential very seriously.

The CTS office is occupied only by CTS and access is available only to CTS staff. The office is located in a commercial complex with security services operating 24/7

Client information is stored in the secured CTS corporate database. Only the principles have access to this database.
 
Chauffeurs are only provided with the relevant details required to effectively provide service. Chauffeurs are provided with a daily " Trip Sheet" which includes the passenger's name, pick-up time and location, destination information, and appropriate phone numbers to contact with progress updates.

Our Chauffeurs do not engage in conversation related to  Business or Insurance issues and they do not discuss any details of other passengers or clients.
